    1. About ESTIMA Insights

    ESTIMA Insights is an analytical platform operated by Association ESTIMA Bitola, a registered non-profit organization in North Macedonia, headquartered at Niko Fundali 18/33, 7000 Bitola, North Macedonia.
    We provide subscription-based analytical content and consultation services, delivered digitally through our website and communication channels.

    2. Eligibility and Account Registration

    To access our subscription services, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years of age;
    • Provide accurate and complete registration information;
    • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials;
    • Use the platform solely for lawful purposes.

    You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. ESTIMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of unauthorized use, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

    3. Description of Services

    We offer three subscription tiers:

    Basic Plan

    Access to analytical content via written and audio newsletters, published once every two weeks.

    Advanced Plan

    Includes all Basic Plan features;

    Plus, two annual virtual group consultations/briefings (60–90 minutes each).

    Premium Plan

    Includes all Advanced Plan features;

    Plus, two personalized one-on-one consultations annually on a niche topic of your choice (virtual or in-person, 60 minutes each).

    ESTIMA may periodically update or adjust the content and structure of services without prior notice, while maintaining equivalent frequency and quality of delivery.

    4. Use of Content

    All materials on ESTIMA Insights — including articles, graphics, audio content, and branding—are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

    You may:

    View, print, or download content for personal, non-commercial use only.

    You may not:

    Copy, share, sell, or distribute our content without written consent;

    Remove copyright or proprietary notices;

    Use our content for training AI or machine learning models.

    Violations may result in suspension of access and/or legal action.

    5. Payment and Billing

    Subscription fees are listed on our website and billed in advance.

    Payments are processed securely through Komercijalna Banka AD, North Macedonia.

    Subscriptions expire at the end of each billing cycle unless renewed manually.

    Users will receive reminders prior to subscription expiry.

    All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

    6. Cancellations and Refunds

    You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings.

    Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid term.

    We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

    If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days for resolution.

    7. Modifications to Service

    ESTIMA reserves the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue parts of the service with prior notice;
    • Adjust pricing or subscription features with prior notice;
    • Update these Terms from time to time (major changes will be communicated).

    Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    While ESTIMA strives for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee:

    • Protection against sudden, unforeseen, or ad-hoc policy or market changes;
    • Uninterrupted or error-free access to our website;
    • Immunity from adverse outcomes or liabilities arising from investment, legal, or policy decisions made using our analyses.

    ESTIMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

    9. User Conduct

    Users agree to:

    • Use the platform responsibly and lawfully;
    • Refrain from sharing subscription access with non-subscribers.

    ESTIMA reserves the right to restrict access or remove content if these conditions are violated.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
    All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Macedonia, unless otherwise agreed.
